Metamorph finally washes up on Australian soil.

The second Spire release - Metamorph - is finally available within Australia. This Digipack CD EP release is a distinct follow up from the first EP though the Metamorphosis of the band is explicit.

Described by Lurkers Path as: "...a sense of all-consuming bleakness by furrowing the brow of the orthodox framework. The rhythm section utilizes an array of time signatures and dissonant bass melodies. This rethinking of basic building blocks is met by walls of swarming guitars, reverb-heavy production and an outline of bleak drone, fuzz and chaotic noise."

Metamorph News

A quick word to those wondering where the much promised new Metamorph EP is... it's in the ether. Our copies were sent from Germany some time ago and have still not arrived. We received some few copies to fulfill our pre-orders but the majority are still 'in-transit'.

Metamorph

The Metamorph EP is finally complete.

It has been pressed and is being sent to Australia. Regards go to Obscurer Abhorrence and Art of Propaganda for their role in this new work.

Those attending Illoomination on the 11th will be able to purchase it first. Otherwise it will be available via internet order shortly after. This release is also accompanied by a new t-shirt, available in black or white, of the above logo.

Also available at this time will be the Cassette edition of the self-titled Spire EP. Great respect to Fall of Nature for the hard work on our behalf.

Spire Live 11/11/11

Spire Vinyl has arrived.

The vinyl pressing of the Spire EP has arrived in Australia and is now available directly from us. Presses was a run of 350, the first 100 are limited edition and pressed on black and white hazed wax.

The debut Spire Ep is released and available for purchase.

The first 100 copies come in a very limited, special 6 panel digi-pak with alternate art. The rest are pressed on standard jewel case with booklet.

Spire are proud to announce their first release, the self titled EP.

The music and concepts of Spire are enigmatic and therefore difficult to describe.  The music is a mix of atmospheric black metal mixed with the collective inspiration of all music genres. The EP sets in a cosmic feeling, from droning atmospheres and chanting to the sounds of imploding stars and minds alike.

The Spire EP mCD will be released by Obscure Abhorrence Productions and Art of Propaganda from Germany. It wil be limited  to 1000 copies with the first 100 in special digipack format with alternate artwork. The mCD should be available early 2010, we will post more news of this as we have it.

Additionally the mLP release should follow on soon after.
